Return Process

  Contact our Concierge team or visit our guest services portal with your order number and receipt to begin the return process.

  Prepare for Collection

  Carefully repack your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

  Scheduled Pickup or Drop-off

  For large furniture, we will coordinate a white-glove pickup; smaller accessories can be returned via a pre-paid shipping label or in-store.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned piece, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
